To achieve these commitments, TEMPLUS Management promotes and drives the implementation of a Quality, Environmental, Energy, and Information Security Management System with the aim of:

• Achieving customer satisfaction through the commitment of the entire organization to meet their needs, expectations, and agreed-upon requirements, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements and any other requirements the organization subscribes to.
• Establishing objectives to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
• Protecting the environment, preventing pollution, and minimizing the environmental impacts generated by the organization in the provision of its services.
• Providing adequate training to all personnel to ensure proper performance that supports the improvement of the implemented system, promoting good environmental and energy consumption practices among our employees and external personnel working at our facilities.
• Implementing initiatives that allow staff to understand their duties and obligations regarding secure information handling, confidentiality, and privacy, fostering awareness.
• Establishing equipment acquisition criteria with an energy efficiency level aligned with our energy objectives and targets, promoting energy efficiency and savings.
• Supporting design activities that enhance the organization’s energy performance.
